How do I update the address, email, and/or phone information for my Balducci's Rewards account?

To update the information for your Balducci's Rewards account, you will need to fill out the back (green) side of the Balducci's Rewards application found at your local Balducci's store. Once this has been done, please allow two weeks for your Balducci's Rewards account information to be updated.

I made a purchase, but I forgot to use my Rewards card. Could I be credited for points for that purchase?

Yes. You can bring your receipt to your local Balducci's store the next time you shop. A store employee will be happy to make a copy of your receipt to ensure your account is updated with that purchase.

How do I redeem my Balducci's Rewards points?

Balducci's Rewards points are automatically accumulated. When a customer reaches 250 points, a
$10 Balducci's Rewards Certificate for any purchase of $50 or more will be sent to you in the mail.

How long does it take for me to receive my Balducci's Rewards Certificate?

Once you reach 250 points, the Rewards Certificate is processed and mailed within two weeks. It then takes about three weeks to reach you by mail. It can take up to six weeks to receive a Balducci's Rewards Certificate, once the 250 point threshold is reached.

What is the expiration on Balducci's Rewards Certificates?

All Rewards Certificates are sent with a 30-day expiration date.

Could Balducci's Rewards Certificates be replaced?

No. Balducci's Rewards Certificates are like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

How long does it take for my points to show up online, after I have made a purchase?

Please allow three to four business days for your points to be added to your points balance online. If you have just signed up for the Balducci's Rewards program, please allow four weeks after your sign-up date before your points will be shown on www.BalduccisRewards.com. If, after that time, you are still having problems viewing your points online, please email: customer-service@BalduccisRewards.com.
