Program Policies

Eligibility and Participation

The Balducci's Rewards program is a free benefit to customers and is completely voluntary.

All individual customers at least eighteen (18) years of age are eligible to participate.

Eligible customers may enroll at the point of sale or at customer service by completing an application form. No purchase is necessary to join. Only participating customers are eligible to earn points in the program.

Changes in account information must be handled using the appropriate form at a Balducci's store. It is your responsibility to notify Balducci's of any changes.

Members cannot change their enrollment date.

Members will not receive cash back or store credit for purchases less than the Balducci's Rewards Certificate value.

Balducci's Rewards Certificates carry no cash value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Balducci's is not responsible for replacing lost, stolen, or mutilated Certificates or coupons. Copies of Balducci's Rewards Certificates and coupons will not be accepted.

Balducci's Rewards Certificates expire within 45 days of issuance.

Point Accumulation, Transfer, and Account Merging

Balducci's Rewards members earn one (1) point for every one dollar ($1.00 USD) spent at Balducci's. Points will be credited on the total purchase amount less federal, state, local, or other taxes and items excluded from the program.

Up to two members living at the same address may have their points accumulate together. Members cannot transfer points from one account to another.

Members must present their Balducci's Rewards card or keytag, or provide their account number, in order to earn points on purchases. Exceptions will be made solely at the discretion of Balducci's.

Points earned for purchases that result in returns or refunds will be deducted from members' accounts.

Purchases prior to the date of enrollment are not eligible for points.

Points have no cash value, and points cannot be exchanged for cash.

If you suspect an error in your points balance, please bring this to our attention by emailing customer-service@BalduccisRewards.com or by calling (877) 935-IOOC (4662). We will investigate any potential discrepancies and correct any errors.

Lost or Stolen Cards/Keytags

Balducci's Rewards members who lose their program card or keytag may receive a new card or keytag at Balducci's. The original account number will be linked with the new account number, and points will be merged with the new account number.

Privacy Policy

Balducci's takes the protection and proper use of your personal information seriously. Your information is kept confidential, accurate, and secure. We store this information to administer the program, process your Rewards, and communicate valuable offers to you. Balducci's does not share and does not sell customer information. However, we reserve the right to share your personal information as may be required by law, by court order, or in cooperation with law enforcement to protect the rights, property, or safety of Balducci's.

Additional Program Terms

Balducci's Rewards cards and keytags remain the property of Balducci's and must be surrendered upon request. Balducci's reserves the right to disqualify anyone from participation in the program and to immediately invalidate all points accumulated or presented based on abuse, fraud, or any violation of the Terms and Conditions of the program.

Balducci's reserves the right to determine the number of points for any item, department, or purchase transaction.

Balducci's is not responsible for any unauthorized Balducci's Rewards Certificate redemption.

Balducci's Rewards program and offers are redeemable only at Balducci's and are void where prohibited
by law.

Balducci's reserves the right to restrict, suspend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions of the program and any associated offer(s) at any time without prior notification. This means that accumulated points do not, in any way, entitle members to any vested rights with respect to the Balducci's Rewards program.

Balducci's also reserves the right to offer a modified point structure for certain items or departments or to exclude certain types of purchases altogether from inclusion in the program.

Except as indicated herein, the program may not be combined with other offers.

In all matters relating to the interpretation and application of any rule or phase of this program, the decision of Balducci's shall be final.
